Terms and Conditions

By creating an account or using the service, you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Blicas provides a hosted platform for event hosts to collect photos and videos from their guests through a shared link or QR code. Features include event page customization, guest uploads, media gallery, and downloadable archives.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You and your guests retain ownership of the photos, videos, and other content you submit. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, display, and transmit that content solely to operate and provide the service to you and your guests.

You are responsible for making sure you and your guests have the right to upload the content and that the content does not infringe on anyone's rights.

You must not use the service to upload, host, or share content that is illegal, infringing, sexually exploitative of minors, harassing, defamatory, hateful, or that violates another person's privacy. You must not attempt to break, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Paid plans are billed through our payment processor (Dodo Payments). Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change. Your purchase activates the selected plan for the associated event.

Because event storage is provisioned immediately, all sales are final unless required otherwise by applicable consumer-protection law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact support@blicas.com.

Each plan includes a retention period (7, 30, or 90 days from the event date). After that period we automatically delete the uploaded media and any generated archives from our storage. Make sure you download your archive before the retention period ends.

You may delete your events or account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that could harm us or others. Upon termination, your events and uploaded media will be removed.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure against every possible threat. You use the service at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MB Saugiskis is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data, or loss of profits arising out of your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for direct damages will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved by the courts of Vilnius, Lithuania, except where mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence grant you a different forum.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. If the changes are material, we will notify you through the service. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
