How do guests upload photos?+
Share the event link or print the QR code. Guests scan or click, open the event page in their browser, and upload directly — no app or account required.
How long are uploaded photos and videos kept?+
Each plan has a retention period: Trial 7 days, Started 30 days, Premium 90 days. Retention starts on the event date. Download your archive before that window ends.
Can I download every upload as a single file?+
Yes. On the event's Manage page click "Generate ZIP". We package all uploads into one archive and give you a download link. You can regenerate it once per hour.
What happens if we hit the upload limit?+
Guests will see a notice that uploads are closed for the event. Upgrade the plan or add more upload capacity from the dashboard to keep collecting.
Are my event and uploads private?+
Anyone with the event link can view and upload. The link contains a long random identifier that is not publicly listed. Only the event host can delete the event or download the full archive.
How do I delete the event or a specific photo?+
From the dashboard, click the trash icon on the event card to delete the whole event. From the Manage page, hover any thumbnail in the gallery to delete a single item.
What file types are supported?+
Common image and video formats (JPEG, PNG, HEIC, MP4, MOV, etc.). Each file can be up to 500 MB.
Do my guests need an account?+
No. Guests just open the link in a browser. They can optionally type their name so uploads show who shared them.
